In many states, we offer traveling witness closings at any convenient location to the buyer, seller, real estate agent, or loan officer. Whatever it takes, we will meet your closing timelines.
If a state is a non-attorney state (attorneys are not required for real estate transactions), we utilize state licensed, trained, insured, and registered notaries for settlements. The result is a lower cost to the client.
The primary Federally required documents are the Closing Disclosure (replaced the HUD-1 in 2015) and the Loan Estimate, for non-cash purchases.
